33 rooms/apartments with kitchenette, all with bathroom with shower.  The apartments are studio, 2 or 3 rooms. The services are different: breakfast, cleaning, linen change, use of the kitchenette
   
- 3 standard double rooms (approx. 21 m²): double/twin rooms on the ground floor overlooking the citrus grove
- 7 standard doubles with patio (approx. 20 m²): double rooms on the ground floor overlooking a large courtyard; outdoor area equipped with table and chairs; a kitchenette is available for two units at an extra charge
- 2 standard triple rooms (approx. 24 m²): on first floor, with double bed + single bed; window with citrus grove view
- 5 standard triple with patio (approx. 24 m²): on ground floor, with double bed + single bed, patio with table and chairs overlooking large courtyard
- 2 attic double rooms (approx. 15 m²): on 1st floor, with 2 velux windows on the ceiling; kettle with selection of teas and infusions
- 3 superior double/triple rooms (approx. 26 m²): for 2+1 guests, on ground floor, with private terrace equipped with table and chairs; kettle with selection of teas and infusions; a kitchenette is available at an extra charge
- 1 double deluxe with 2 rooms (approx. 25 m²): living room with kitchenette + double bedroom; kettle with selection of teas and infusions; outdoor terrace equipped with table and chairs
- 1 double deluxe room on 2 levels (approx. 30 m²) for 2+1 guests, with separate entrance, living area on the ground floor and a double bed on the upper floor; it is possible to add a single extra bed in the living room; kettle with a selection of teas and infusions; shared terrace in the central patio, equipped with table and chairs
- 4 deluxe rooms on two levels (approx. 35 m²): for 4/5 guests, with separate entrance, living area on the ground floor and a double bed + 2 single beds on the upper floor; in some rooms it is possible to add a single bed on the ground floor; kettle with selection of teas and infusions; shared equipped terrace overlooking the central patio; a kitchenette is available at an extra charge
- 2 family rooms (approx. 27 m²): on ground floor, for 4 guests, with double bed + 2 single beds; external veranda overlooking the patio equipped with table and chairs
- 3 family rooms on two levels (approx. 35 m²): for 4 guests, on the ground floor, with double bed + 2 single beds; window + patio door overlooking the patio and equipped with table and chairs. A kitchenette is available at an extra charge
