- Superior rooms with loft (35 m²) for 2/3 guests: double bed on the loft; on the ground floor living area and open shower; courtyard on the garden or on the olive grove
- Deluxe rooms (30-55 m²) for 2+2 guests: on the ground floor with double bed, possibility to add two single beds, living space, elegant furnishings and original local stones, with a view on the internal courtyard
- Junior Suite (45 m²) for 2+2 guests: on the ground floor, with vaulted ceiling and elegant furnishings; double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and bathtub at floor level
- Suite Rossa (30 m²) for 2 guests: on the first floor of an ancient tower, can be reached only through a stair. Made up of a room with double bed, living and bathroom with shower and bathtub, equipped terrace with a view
- Suite Verde (40 m²) for 2 guests: on the first floor of an ancient tower, can be reached only through a stair. Made up of a double bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower, equipped terrace with a view
- Suite Giampaolo (40 m²) for 4 guests: on the ground floor with double bedroom and twin room with connecting door, bathroom with shower; large open shower area in the bedroom; living room and furnished outdoor patio
- Suite Torre (60 m²) for 4 guests: panoramic grand suite placed within a fifteenth century tower, reachable through an external stair, made of 2 connecting rooms with double bedroom, open shower and living area with two sofa beds; panoramic terrace with access via external staircase
