- Rosa blu: 14 m², on the first floor, for 2 guests (single beds can be joined on request); window overlooking the valley; bathroom with shower
- Mandorlo verde: 18 m², on the first floor, for 2 guests (double bed); window overlooking the valley, bathroom with shower
- Gerbera beige: 22 m², on the first floor, for 2+1 guests; the third bed is a folding bed standard size; two windows overlooking the garden and the valley; bathroom with shower
- Orchidea rosa: 26 m², on the first floor, for 2+1 persons; the third bed is a wrought iron sofa bed; two windows overlooking the garden and the valley; bathroom with shower
- Agapanthus: 26 m², on the ground floor, for 2+1 persons; the third bed is a wrought iron sofa bed; one window, two access doors: one from the common areas, one from the private patio equipped with tables and chairs

- Camelia bordeaux: 50 m², for 2+2 people; two rooms apartment with double bedroom, living room with 2 single sofa beds and kitchen, garden and veranda
