- Frantoio, Cannizzi, Fra Silvio: apartments 47 m² on 2 levels for 2+2 guests: first floor with double bedroom and bathroom with shower; second floor with living room/kitchen and double sofa bed, French balcony with a view (no possibility to sit outside). The apartament Frantoio has a more spacious living room and a furnished balcony; possibility to add an additional 5th bed (armchair bed, on demand)
- Scale: 3-room apartment, 90 m² on 2 levels for 5+2 guests. First floor with access from the courtyard: living room/kitchen with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fireplace, balcony with a seaview; Upper floor: bedroom with a double and a single bed. Possibility to add 2 further places (sofa bed in the living room)
- Torretta: 2-room apartment 60 m² for 2+1 guests, with living room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Little fridge, coffee machine, water boiler. No kitchen available
- Torre: 5-room apartment 170 m² for 4+1 guests: 2 living room with 1 sofa bed king size, spacious equipped kitchen, little room for 1 extra bed, 2 bathroom with shower, double bedroom, terrace 32 m² with a gourgeous sea view
- 1 single room, 8 m² with window and bathroom with shower
- 1 double room, 14 m² with window and bathroom with shower
